Book flights through Concur using the Company's preferred airline partners whenever possible.

Please make every effort to book airfare at least 14 days prior to departure to help secure the best available fares.

Airfare exceeding $500 may require additional review or approval in accordance with Company travel guidelines.

Flights purchased using personal airline points or rewards programs are not eligible for reimbursement.
